I started my journey as a Bitcoin investor 6 years ago when crypto was still a distant, often misunderstood kind of a beast and however much of a cliche it may sound, it has indeed, changed my life.
After being an online entrepreneur and part-time filmographer for a few years prior to this, when I finally grasped the core value proposition of Bitcoin as a new form of monetary network, I made the bold choice to focus all of my energy and time on this asset class. This is how cryptocurrency today is my main domain, my first source of income and my biggest success so far.
Since 2016 I started regularly talking about Bitcoin on my Youtube channel and to my wide Facebook network. I helped most of my friends enter the cryptocurrency market. I say most, because some were not ready for it (they did come along asking for my assistance years later, as it was expected).
Today I host almost daily episodes of my YouTube Video Podcast Crypto Corner and all episodes are posted on my blog: crypto-corner.com.
I still provide 90% of my content for free, with the only exception being my two eBooks: "Learn Crypto - beginners guide" and "Crypto Jargon A-Z" (a dictionary) and my course "Learn Crypto for Beginners".
My Experience
You can make crazy money with cryptocurrencies. This is true and false at the same time. One bad move, such as taking a buy position at the wrong time (during a peak in the market) can easily wipe away 60% to 80% of your capital and you will experience a painfully long path to recovery if there's even a recovery at all. Many of the altcoins that were popular with investors back in 2017-2018 are no longer even in the top 100, some have gone into oblivion, still sitting at -90% from their ATH.
Entering a market so volatile can be extremely profitable but you need to know what is worth your time and money, so learning the basics of what you're investing in, is essential. Learning how the market works and when is a good time to invest, is also crucial to your success.
This is why I created my course and published the Learn Crypto beginners guide. Now, in its third edition, this is the most up-to-date guide to take you from a no-coiner to a long term Hodler or Trader of cryptocurrencies.
Sharing My Experience
In my travels around the globe as a speaker and content producer with my Crypto-Corner brand, I met some of the most incredible and talented people, many of whom had never heard of Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies in general.
I even spoke to actors and singers, from Brooke Shields to Jewel, Mel Gibson to Michael Douglas, none of them had any interest in Bitcoin until 2020.
Suddenly, something happened that year and everyone woke up (again). Bitcoin had surpassed anyone's expectations and we were seeing the biggest influx of institutional investor money flowing into this asset.
In my conversation with Steve Wosniak, who is one of the geniuses of our time, he pointed out how excited and curious he is about the future of Bitcoin and how revolutionary the invention of it was, something that I completely agree with and this was one of the reasons I dedicated my time and efforts to growing the Bitcoin community, but not only that, crypto as whole, is my primary focus and my area of expertise.
